TeamReview .xaml files

Hi

I don't seem to be able to do a team review on xaml files.

Is it possible, or is there a workaround?

Thanks,

Hi Joao,

Sorry for the late response.

Yes it is possible.

If you want to get the source code, change the file Connect.cs in project TeamReview.VSNetAddIn,

to this (ie. Add string "XAML Editor"):-

        private static readonly String[] menus = new String[]
                                 {
                                     "Code Window", "Sql Editor Context Menu", "ASPX Context", "CSSSource", "Web Item",
                                     "Style Sheet", "HTML Context", "Script Context", "XAML Editor"
                                 };

Compile the assembly, shutdown Visual Studio, deploy to your program files location ( eg C:\Program Files\TeamReview\TeamReview (2010) )

Cheers

I've found another work-around without having to recompile and will work for any file type.

Right-click on the file in Solution Explorer for example and select "Open With..." > Source Code (Text) Editor.

I would have liked to see all file types supported regardless if new ones are installed, etc., but at least there are work arounds! :)
